How do I access the videos and practice guides?

As soon as you sign-up you'll receive an email with a link to the course materials. The video and guides are all in one place, where you will have lifetime access to them.

What is the daily time commitment required?

That all depends on you! When you sign up, we explain what your options are, and you decide. Some students commit to do the full practice daily for a deeper transformation, some commit to doing the meditation daily for a more manageable time commitment.

What happens after the 40-days?

You will have lifetime access to these practices, so you can keep going, or come back to them as needed.

What if I don't want to practice daily?

No problem, the materials include a complete Kundalini Yoga practice and supporting materials that you can follow when you want to. A great alternative to the daily practice would be completed the full practice that is included in these materials 1-2 times a week.

What if I can't quite my mind during meditation?

We offer modifications to make the class accessible to just about everyone, but if you need a specific modification then email us and we will give you some options to try.

Do I have to have yoga and meditation experience?

No! These practices are beginner friendly, and we share many modifications. If you have any questions about something, you can also email us and we will guide your way forward.
